Unlocking Nexus 9

Unlocking Nexus 9 is simple - just follow the instructions from Factory Images for Nexus Devices.  The only precondition is Settings -> Developer Settings -> OEM unlocking should be enabled (checked).  Otherwise fastboot oem unlock will fail.
